A single-vehicle car accident that results in significant injuries, such as this one, can have a dramatic impact on those involved. Not only are all of these men left coping with their physical injuries, but they are likely to suffer financial damages as well. The passengers of this vehicle may be entitled to compensation for any losses sustained if negligence contributed to this incident. Personal injury claims may be filed against the driver in a New Jersey civil court. The victims may be granted monetary judgments if negligent behavior can be sufficiently established in each individually litigated case.
